1. Reservations and Payments:
a. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.
b. Payment is made through our secure payment systems. By making the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment platform used.

2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
b. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation start date will be subject to a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.

3. Refunds:
a. Epic Motorides will refund the appropriate amount for cancellations made within the no-fee period.
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation start date.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Epic Motorides:
a. Epic Motorides reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues.
b. In the event of a cancellation by Epic Motorides, a full refund will be issued.

5. User Responsibility:
a. The user is responsible for returning the motorcycle in the same condition it was delivered.
b. The user is responsible for complying with all traffic and road safety laws during the rental period.

6. Insurance:
a. Epic Motorides provides insurance for the motorcycles included in the packages. Any damage or loss not covered by the insurance will be the responsibility of the user.

7. Use of Images and Testimonials:
a. By accepting these terms, the user grants Epic Motorides the right to use any images and testimonials provided during the rental period for promotional purposes.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. Epic Motorides reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being published on our digital platform.
