Please read this information carefully before making any reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Reservations and Payments:<\/strong><br>a. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.<br>b. Payment is made through our secure payment systems. By making the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment platform used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><br>a. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.<br>b. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation start date will be subject to a 100% charge of the total reservation amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Refunds:<\/strong><br>a. Epic Motorides will refund the appropriate amount for cancellations made within the no-fee period.<br>b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the reservation start date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Changes and Cancellations by Epic Motorides:<\/strong><br>a. Epic Motorides reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or mechanical issues.<br>b. In the event of a cancellation by Epic Motorides, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. User Responsibility:<\/strong><br>a. The user is responsible for returning the motorcycle in the same condition it was delivered.<br>b. The user is responsible for complying with all traffic and road safety laws during the rental period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Insurance:<\/strong><br>a. Epic Motorides provides insurance for the motorcycles included in the packages. Any damage or loss not covered by the insurance will be the responsibility of the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Use of Images and Testimonials:<\/strong><br>a. By accepting these terms, the user grants Epic Motorides the right to use any images and testimonials provided during the rental period for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:<\/strong><br>a. Epic Motorides reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being published on our digital platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using the services of Epic Motorides, you agree to and commit to complying with these Terms and Conditions.
